Babylonstoren’s 3-year-old balsamic vinegar started as must from vines lovingly tended in Italy and bottled at Babylonstoren. Aged in oak barrels for a minimum of three years in the traditional style of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. Complex and nuanced, this vinegar is rich in colour, with a delicate balance of sweet and sour.
