Our moreish sundried tomato pesto is made without any shortcuts using only the finest sundried tomatoes, real Italian Parmigiano Reggiano and pine nuts that are blended with extra virgin olive oil. Fresh garlic and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice adds a zingy touch for the perfect balance of flavours. This pantry staple is ideal when spread thick on an Italian-inspired sandwich with salami and fresh cheese, or served on a cheeseboard with charcuterie and biscuits. A spoonful also adds wonderful depth of flavour to any tomato-based sauce.
