We tasted nearly 50 cups of coffee to find the perfect Babylonstoren coffee blend. Each of the four different beans that make up the Babylonstoren blend is roasted individually on the barrel drum roaster in our Coffee Roastery to highlight a different flavour profile in each single-origin bean. This way, we ensure the best quality from each bean and, ultimately, a most enjoyable Babylonstoren brew.
Once roasted, the single-origin coffees are carefully blended to create the Babylonstoren blend. It has notes of dark chocolate and caramel, with only a slight fruitiness to balance the richness.
We roast every single-origin coffee separately at its optimum temperature to unleash the best aromatic notes and delicious flavours. Once roasted, the single-origin coffees are carefully blended to create our Babylonstoren blend.
The medium to dark coffee blend is full body with flavours of dark chocolate, brown bread and toffee.
