Our Green Superfood blend consists of Organic Spirulina, Barley Grass, Kale, Alfalfa Grass, Wheatgrass, Oat Grass, Chlorella, Astragalus Powder and Lemon Juice. Spirulina is packed with essential nutrients that help support your immune function, aiding in detoxification and overall well-being, while our Grasses contains over 300 nutrients and naturally occurring phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals, that help boost energy, assist with mineral replenishment, and are known for their natural healing and alkalising properties. Tested for its alkalizing effect on the body using the PRAL method, our Green Alkalizing Superfood Blend produced a result of -46.437/100g. A PRAL value for a food of < 0 is considered to increase the alkalinity of the body fluids. Our blend falls in the higher range of foods that have an alkalizing effect on the body.
We have also added 1000mg of Vitamin C to boost your immune system.
DIRECTIONS
Stir 15g (1 heaped tablespoon) into 150ml of water, juice or add to your favourite fruit smoothie, yoghurt or porridge.
We suggest you initially start by halving the dose until your body adjusts to the potency of the adaptogen blend. And as you feel you can handle more, than increase to the full serving.
