Cashews

Our Cashews are sourced from Mozambique and India where they are grown and then brought back to Koelfontein to be roasted in our traditional Middle Eastern salt roasting process. This way the nuts keep their own natural oils and maintain their lovely texture and flavour, enhanced by a sprinkling of course salt.
